陶瓷瓷眼： 瓷眼應(yīng)用于繞線機(jī)及紡織機(jī)械中的過絲部位，是最常用的過絲另件，用于要求不高的過絲場(chǎng)合。 工作時(shí)，絲線在瓷眼表面滑動(dòng)，為了降低摩擦力，必須提高材料的硬度，光潔度及形狀。本公司選用99%的Al2O3，硬度大于HRa88，密度3.85,超精拋Ra0.2。
瓷眼用于正壓力較�。Σ亮σ草^�。┑牟课�。為了降低成本，根據(jù)使用要求，將光潔度拋光工藝分為粗拋（Ra 0.8）,精拋（Ra 0.4），超精拋（Ra0.2）。同時(shí)又分為單面超精拋及雙面超精拋。
